Responsible for operating, testing, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing and inspecting all aircraft systems using approved aircraft data. Proficiently operate and understand a wide variety of test equipment and tooling. Must be able to interpret technical manuals and engineering data to support tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): (Identify functions affecting the airworthiness of the aircraft by using the prefix “CRITICAL”) Complete assigned tasks within the allocated man-hour budgets, and on schedule, while maintaining quality standards and perform the tasks within the guidelines of all safety and regulatory regulations and requirements. Perform system and/or function checkouts of components (static checks, hydraulic function checks, flight control rigging, fuel system checks and oxygen, ect.) per appropriate approved maintenance procedures or FAA requirements. Remove and replace components on the aircraft per appropriate approved maintenance procedures or FAA requirements. Attention to the smallest detail or component and ensure every little part is inspected, installed and function test to approved procedures. Complete assigned work, including troubleshooting and repairs of malfunctioning systems in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA and company safety procedures within established schedule. Accurately log on Labor Data Collection System for work orders and attendance tracking. Report discrepancies as they are discovered. Communicate clearly and properly with customers and team members. Work overtime when requested. NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): (Identify functions affecting the airworthiness of the aircraft by using the prefix “CRITICAL”) Is aware proper aircraft maintenance practices. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Preform duties assigned while maintaining quality standards within assigned time limits. Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED. Basic computer skills. Airframe & Powerplant (A & P) certificate, or equivalent experience. (equivalency =minimum of 2 years experience as an aircraft mechanic) Minimum of 2 years of experience as an aircraft mechanic. (experience is not cumulative) Proficient with using hand tools and precision equipment. Capable of reading and interpreting approved aircraft diagrams, charts, schematics and maintenance procedures. Able to work on maintenance stands, lifts and ladders, work in confined spaces in unusual positions Able to lift minimum 50lbs and able to enter and exit the aircraft using steps and/or stairs. Must not be allergic to jet fuel, oils, hydraulic fluids or cleaning solvents. ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Aircraft experience, preferably on Falcon aircraft. As an Aircraft Painter, you will contribute to the preparation, application, and finishing of aircraft surfaces to meet customer specifications and quality standards. Your role involves ensuring all work complies with safety protocols, regulations, and customer expectations while delivering polished, professional results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Adhere to Company General Work Requirements (Factory, Shop and/or Hangar positions). Comply with environmental health, safety policies and procedures; participate in 5-S activities and perform all work in a safe and timely manner. Perform surface preparation on aircraft and component parts. Apply primer, topcoat and final spray Polish painted surfaces for finished appearance. Inspect, perform touch-up and polish painted surfaces for a finished appearance. Install sealant and erosion tape. Performs and documents all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required. Layout aircraft to customer specifications

Requirements

Minimum of 7 year of aircraft painting experience Satisfactory results on Pulmonary Function evaluation in order to obtain respirator certification. Formal vocational training or equivalent. Customer service and aviation work experience. Basic PC skills. Basic knowledge pulling maintenance manuals and IPCs from computer. Basic knowledge of regulations dealing with transportation of hazardous materials. Ability to communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and/or aircraft status. Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
