Verifies dimensions, alignments, and clearances. Develops specifications from general descriptions for specialty tools and draws or sketches design of product. Makes plaster casts from any fixture furnished and plaster mockups or sample parts. Maintains contour and dimensional requirements of form tools and fixtures. Requirements

Experience may be substituted for the formal education and training requirements in this section at the discretion of management. Technical school or equivalent practical experience and four (4) to seven (7) or more years of related experience, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Previous experience in performing jig and fixture or plastic laminate fabrication is desired. Commercial Driver's License (CDL) may be required dependent driving duties assigned.

Examines film when conducting radiographic tests to locate structural or welding flaws. Determine if the part meets or exceeds the acceptability criteria of the prescribed process specifications.
