The enduring mystery of Amelia Earhart's disappearance continues to captivate the world, and recent developments have reignited interest in her final flight. The Amelia Earhart Hangar Museum in Atchison, Kansas, Earhart's hometown, is set to host two exciting programs during the 2024 Amelia Earhart Festival. These events will feature experts and explorers dedicated to solving one of aviation's greatest mysteries.

The museum, home to Muriel, the world's last remaining Lockheed Electra 10-E identical to the plane Earhart flew on her ill-fated journey, will present two free programs: "Adventure Amelia: A Conversation with Explorers in the Search for Amelia Earhart" and "Deep Dive With Deep Sea Vision." Both programs will bring together experts who are at the forefront of the search for Earhart's plane.

Tony Romeo, founder of Deep Sea Vision, will be a key speaker at both events. His company has made headlines with a recent discovery on the Pacific Ocean floor, which many believe could be Earhart's lost airplane. Romeo expressed his enthusiasm for participating in the festival, stating, "We’re determined to bring closure to what happened to this groundbreaking pilot and women’s rights advocate who continues to be among the world’s most admired women."

Amelia Earhart's legacy as a courageous pilot and advocate for women's rights continues to inspire generations. The programs and events at the Amelia Earhart Festival not only celebrate her life but also support ongoing efforts to uncover the truth about her disappearance. As Tony Romeo of Deep Sea Vision aptly quoted Earhart, "Never interrupt someone doing what you said couldn’t be done."
