The Sheetmetal Technician Senior works under minimal supervision to safely lay-out, fabricate and install parts equipment and fabricated items on aircraft following established operating procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions: Use complicated schematics/blueprints, engineering drawings and technical instructions to safely perform sheetmetal layout, fabrication, and installation of parts, equipment or fabricated items on aircraft. Coordinate with supervision and Inspection to ensure compliance with internal and FAA paperwork, sign-offs and quality specifications. Mentor and train Sheetmetal Technicians, as required. Use blueprints to cut and form plastics and follow standard operating procedures when using adhesives, sealants and solvents. Safely operate shop equipment such as: brakes, presses, riveting equipment, shears, and hand tools associated with sheetmetal functions. Use the proper hardware for various sheetmetal applications. Comply with all safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies. Uses personal protective equipment as required. Ensures aircraft is protected (PTP). Conduct monthly 5S audits, as required. Use the material tracking system to create parts demand, track squawks and to sign-off work. Assist in developing initiatives to meet individual OGSM requirements, as required. Additional Functions: Work closely with lead to develop and implement process improvements that increase safety, reduce cost, cycle time, and man hours. Participate in continuous improvement activities (e.g. YIAW, Kaizen events, etc.) Coordinate with other disciplines concerning projects. Perform Lead responsibilities, as required. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required. Four (4) years of sheetmetal and/or fabrication experience. Experience in aerospace industry preferred. Valid Driver’s License required. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required. FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate and 2 years of aviation maintenance experience OR 4 years of aviation maintenance experience to include 2 years of experience working on mid/large size aircraft required. Valid Driver’s License required. Other Requirements: Working knowledge of the FAA regulations, process specifications, Repair Station and Quality Control manuals, and company policies and procedures.

Unique Skills:Must have experience troubleshooting mechanical aircraft discrepancies and experience with aircraft servicing/troubleshooting equipment

Interior Installer will be responsible for removal and install of seats, overhead bins, galleys, lavs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Safely perform removal, installation, and/or fabrication of aircraft interiors (which may include seats, carpets, galleys, closets, lavatories, side ledges, bulkheads, doors and panels) Coordinate with supervision and Inspection to ensure compliance with Repair Station procedures, internal and FAA paperwork, sign-offs and quality specifications Install cabin and cockpit seats and furniture Fabricate and pre- fit interior components associated with the modification specs and does simple layout on such items as O2 boxes, brackets, clips, lights and gaspers etc. Seek methods to cross train to develop technical skills and business knowledge. Remove and install all interior components and soundproofing materials to meet company quality standards Read and interprets blueprints, drawings, and production procedures to determine measurements and installation procedures Measure and mark installation areas in aircraft interior, using measuring and marking instruments and templates Fit and install items in aircraft, using hand tools, power tools, and fasteners, such as screws, rivets, bolts, and speed nuts Fabricate and install supporting structural devices, such as clips, brackets, angles, gussets, and doublers, using shop equipment Test functional performance of installed items

Requirements

5+ years’ interior installing experience MUST have corporate aircraft experience - King Air, Challenger, Beechjet are preferred. Applicants should bring all trade specific hand tools to this assignment Solid work history required (This is a long term assignment. Applicant’s with short stents of employment over the previous 2 years will not be considered) High School Diploma or GED

Tool box MUST be SHADOWED and tools ETCHEDCandidates must report on day 1 with acceptable US Persons documentation per U.S. Export Control Compliance requirements.
