Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license is required. 4+ years of experience in aircraft turbine engine maintenance. Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and repair manuals accurately. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and in a team. Familiarity with aircraft maintenance procedures and safety protocols. Experience working with ground support equipment (GSE) is a plus. Willingness to travel for on-site and off-site maintenance assignments.
