Electronic Technician to support manufacturing operations by keeping equipment up and running. This role is hands-on and technical—you’ll be troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and maintaining electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across the shop. You’ll also work with laser systems, control systems, and instrumentation, diagnosing problems and getting equipment back into service safely and efficiently. Job Details: • Troubleshoot electronic systems including temperature controls, CNC controls, and PLC-controlled equipment • Install, test, start up, and shut down control systems and production equipment • Troubleshoot, set up, and support laser systems and applications • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues • Support equipment design, build-outs, and modifications as needed • Repair and calibrate electronic and pneumatic instrumentation • Read and interpret electronic diagrams, blueprints, and ladder logic • Use test equipment such as digital multimeters (DMM) and oscilloscopes • Order parts to manufacturer specifications • Perform lockout/tagout and follow OSHA-compliant startup and shutdown procedures • Maintain required performance and maintenance records • Follow all safety procedures and protocols—no shortcuts • Ensure compliance with RSM and Quality Control Management (QCM) • Work within ISO / Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements • Provide technical support across multiple manufacturing areas

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Installer must complete assigned tasks with the allocated man-hour budgets and on a schedule while maintaining quality standards and performing the tasks within the guidelines of all safety and regulatory requirements. Fabricate, assemble and install products, such as window panels, headliners, decorative panel, access panel, etc… Install main cabin cabinet such as Galley, Crew Closet, entertainment cabinets, window shades, Sideledges, tables, Mid Run cabinet, lavatory cabinets, etc… Install final assemblies (including sinks, water, air and oxygen systems, drawers …). Perform functional checks on installed systems Adjust and perform functional test on mechanical assemblies such as drawers, magazine racks, doors, curtain, tables … Install and fit carpeting in the aircraft. Install and perform function test on cockpit and cabin seats. Set up and operate standard shop equipment. Accurately log labor performed into our Manufacturing Execution System. Complete tasks in quality manner within allocated budgets and schedules. Assist other as required. Work in accordance with Company rules, including but not limited to Safety, Training, Quality, Human resources… Work in accordance with Business Unit rules, including but not limited to Tool Control, 5S… Must present a professional manner at all times. 42 Months of commercial/military experience, Licensed or Unlicensed. Must have minimum required tools. Tools must be etched Normally performs duties according to his or her judgment and only requests supervisory assistance when necessary with regard to methods, procedures, and desired end results. A moderate to high level of discretion is allowed when making selections among a few, easily identifiable choices. Assignment is frequently reviewed upon completion. Duties are performed on a rotating shift schedule and often include nights, weekends and holidays. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
