We are seeking an Aircraft Teardown Mechanic to support aircraft disassembly operations on commercial aircraft. This position is responsible for the safe removal, identification, inspection, and preservation of aircraft components for reuse, repair, or inventory. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on aircraft maintenance or aircraft teardown experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform aircraft teardown and disassembly activities on commercial aircraft. Remove airframe, structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, avionics, and interior components in accordance with company procedures. Identify, tag, document, and preserve removed components for inventory and traceability purposes. Utilize aircraft maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, and other technical documentation. Inspect removed components for damage, serviceability, and proper handling requirements. Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized aircraft maintenance equipment safely and effectively. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on aircraft maintenance, aircraft teardown, or related aviation experience. Experience working on commercial aircraft preferred. Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and technical documentation. Familiarity with aircraft systems, structures, and components. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory tracking.
