Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Read, interpret, and understand blueprints and other documents to accurately determine the work steps to be performed including correctly sizing and drilling holes for riveting. Rivet sheet metal and components parts utilizing properly tagged and identified tools. Aligns and assembles parts to be riveted using jigs, holding fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners. Observes company rules and regulations including housekeeping, proper use of safety methods, and the safe operation of equipment. Ensure regulatory documentation is complied with and completed in a timely fashion in accordance with the client RSQM and other quality standards. Complete all sign offs and component removal/installation sheets at time task is performed. Utilize all resources available to accurately perform the work steps in a safe and timely manner. Requirements

6+ years of structures install experience preferably in the corporate aviation completion environment. High school diploma or GED. Relevant trade school attendance is a plus. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation. Strong ability to provide verbal and written communication. With guidance, able to read, interpret and understand blueprints. Effective and appropriate conduct with co-workers.

Requirements

Previous Commercial MRO experience - Highly skilled Minimum of three (3) years of heavy aircraft maintenance experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience Experience on 737/767/Airbus/Next Gen GEN FAM – 737, NextGen, A320 - required F.A.A. Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License - required. Ability to interpret technical and regulatory documentation accurately. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. The Aircraft Mechanic III, with limited supervision, assists with testing, adjusting and repairing, and other general tasks related to the maintenance and repair of airframe systems and components on all models of Learjet business jets. Performs maintenance in a safe and clean work environment according to manufacturer's specifications, company approved procedures and customer specifications. In addition, prepares and completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

With limited supervision, assists in high quality inspections, servicing, and maintenance of airframe systems and components on a variety of airframes, using proper hand tools in a timely, clean, safe and professional manner with no rework. Accurately order general aircraft parts as needed. With limited supervision, performs minor troubleshooting, function testing, and repair of aircraft systems and components. Prepares various documents for record keeping purposes, as required by Company policy and FAA regulations (i.e. turnovers, removal sheets, personal training log, etc.). Demonstrates proficiency of Duncan Aviation work order system by completing accurate and timely discrepancies and corrective action statements, Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives (AD) Compliance statements, final inspection and closing of squawks and work orders. Consistently locates and uses appropriate technical data and follows verbal instructions when accomplishing assigned maintenance tasks. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Airframe & Powerplant Required 4+ years corporate/business jet maintenance experience required High school graduate or equivalent required Experience in leading aviation maintenance projects is preferred Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; Respirator Fit qualified; Man Lift qualified; tool inventory per department tool list required Attendance: Regularly scheduled attendance required; occasional overnight and short notice travel required Physical: Routinely lifts up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.; reads small print; hears sounds associated with mechanical deficiencies; repetitive motion; works with moving parts and vibration; tolerates products, materials and fumes associated with component maintenance; tolerates working in confined spaces and heights above four feet; tolerates walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing and sitting Environmental: Tolerates working in extreme temperatures and in noisy environments

The Aircraft Mechanic III, with limited supervision, assists with testing, adjusting and repairing, and other general tasks related to the maintenance and repair of a airframe systems and components on a variety of airframes in a safe and clean work environment according to manufacturer’s specifications, company approved procedures and customer specifications. In addition, this position prepares and completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performs inspections, service, and repairs of the most complicated nature on aircraft systems and components on a variety of airframes in a timely, clean, safe and professional manner with no rework, with a superior level of quality, craftsmanship, and efficiency. Makes sound technical decisions as a technician and when functioning as Qualified Inspector (QI). Efficiently and effectively troubleshoots, function tests, and repairs the most complicated aircraft systems across a variety of airframes. Prepares various documents for record keeping purposes, as required by Company policy and FAA regulations (i.e. turnovers, removal sheets, personal training log, etc.). Demonstrates proficiency of Duncan Aviation work order system, service plans, Tracker and outside maintenance tracking programs by completing accurate and timely discrepancies and corrective action statements, Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives (AD) Compliance statements, final inspection and closing of squawks and work orders. Willingly and effectively shares knowledge and capabilities with less experienced technicians through OJT to foster their development, ensure accurate work, and support of the team’s goals. Proficiently and consistently locates and uses the appropriate technical data to accomplish any and all tasks. In the absence of the lead technician, accepts ownerships of the work scope and established milestones relative to the successful and timely completion of these projects. Performs related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Airframe & Powerplant required 5+ years aircraft airframe maintenance experience required Previous Corporate Aviation or MRO experience is required QI or IA experience preferred Experiencing leading aviation maintenance projects is preferred High school graduate or equivalent required Valid drivers license required
