Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs routine developmental learning assignments and applies standard solutions to work situations of a routine or repetitive nature. May perform a variety of routine duties related to the area to which assigned.
Uses hand and power tools such as routers, drill motors, die grinders and other like tools to complete the required operations called out in the work instructions.
Trims parts to fit and files, grinds, deburrs, bevels edges, polishes surfaces and other wise finishes out the material, part or assembly to specifications.
Assembles detail parts into subassemblies and complete assemblies using written and verbal work instructions.
Installs rivets, bolts, screws and clips and prepares and applies adhesives.
Inspects assemblies and installation for conformance to specifications.
Operates production machines and equipment such as hot or cold presses, band saws, and other like production machines to fabricate parts, components and material for production uses.
Reviews production and process documentation and production scheduling and planning and assist in expediting the flow of material, parts and assemblies.

Performs routine repairs, checks and installations of all Avionics systems on Boeing VIP aircraft
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Within budgeted or estimated time, repair, modify, install, and perform routine maintenance of all Avionics systems with accuracy and with minimal assistance.
Accurately interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, system schematics, drawings, engineering orders and other documents.
Accurately document work performed as set forth maintenance programs on a daily basis using the standard format.
Prepare routine reports and correspondence.
Fabricate per drawings and standard practices wire bundles and assemblies to include marking of wires, properly securing wires into bundles, and termination of wires into a variety of contacts and connectors.
Requirements
Must have at least 1 year A319/320/321 experience within the last 3 years.
3-5 years of Avionics Experience on heavy commercial aircraft
Must have working knowledge of Avionics systems and their operation and the proven ability to troubleshoot basic problems.

Requirements

Corporate jet aircraft or commercial aircraft experience preferred.
If former military, those with military aircraft maintenance experience such as Depot/Isochronal/Phase inspections is a plus.
GROL (General Radiotelephone Operator License) or AET (Aircraft Electronics Technician) Certification is a plus.
Certification from Avionics, Electric A/C Technical school or equivalent military training is preferred.
Must possess their own tools.
Ability to effectively communicate in English aircraft maintenance actions both verbally and in writing.
Must be comfortable with 12-hour shift work, which includes days / nights and weekends.

The Aircraft Inspector will conduct all required inspections in accordance with the applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, manufacturer’s approved data, any customer’s approved program data. Inspector will report to the Director of Quality Control.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform hidden damage, progressive, special, and discrepancy corrective action inspections or testing, as required, during the course of maintenance operations.
Perform receiving, preliminary and hidden damage inspections, as required.
Enter discrepancies discovered during maintenance.
Procure any additional documentation required to complete job function, including technical data, certifications, or approval means.
Inspect and approve maintenance performed prior to closing Routine/Non-Routine tasks.
Provide an organized, comprehensive data package for the work order showing work performed with appropriate approvals, and documentation of component parts used.
Understand applicable regulations from Part 43, Part 65, and Part 145.
Identify Suspected Unapproved Parts.
Verify the calibration and certification of test equipment and tooling.
Coordinate the disposition of condemned parts.
Be responsible for conducting audits for vendors and this Repair Station.
Be proficient in using test equipment, visual inspection aids as required.
Understand, read, and write English.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Masking, sanding, computer skills, mixing and measuring material for painting.
Reads, learns and interprets specifications and work scope shown in writing on work orders. Determines proper method to complete work assignments. May be requires to assemble or disassemble parts and assemblies to perform specified work operation.
Prepares parts for paint application by hand or machine sanding, filing, caulking, sealing and cleaning. Selects the appropriate personal protective equipment and performs the specified operation. Ensures respirator is working properly and is properly worn when using a respirator.
Polishes and buffs metals to remove scratches and other defects from metal surface. Uses hand held or stationary polishing equipment such as orbital sander, freestanding polish wheels and hand sanding to accomplish the work.
Selects polishing medium per work instructions such as sanding disks, emory paper, abrasive cake or lubricant . Holds part against polish wheel and/or moves polishing equipment over surfaces of workpiece to remove fine scratches and to achieve specified finish.
Performs minor filling operations related to the cosmetic appearance of the part being worked. Polishes recessed areas with fine grade emery cloth and performs masking operations,
Assists and learns calculation of mix ratios in order to mix paint, sealant and other materials.
Ensures compliance with environmental regulations and maintains records in accordance with these environmental regulations. Performs hand and spray application of primer and topcoat to aircraft parts.
Completes and maintains necessary paperwork for documenting processes performed.
Requirements
Formal Education, Training and Work Experience:
Experience may be substituted for the formal education and training requirements in this section at the discretion of management. High school diploma or G.E.D. No experience required.
