Requirements

Make final airworthiness determination prior to “Return of Service” on items they are authorized to inspect for any article maintained or altered by this repair station. Reject any work or parts that have not been properly maintained or altered in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, manufacturer’s approved data, customer approved data and the policies and procedures contained within this manual. Requirements

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 7-9 years' experience in aviation or aerospace industry. A&P/ FCC License preferred. Experience working on and troubleshooting aircraft avionics and airframe systems. Knowledge and understanding of FARs 43, 91, 145. Experience working with and repairing the following aircraft systems: Autopilots, Flight Management Systems, Navigation and Communication Systems, EFIS, Aircraft Electrical Systems, Lighting, Pitot and Static Systems, ADS-b, Transponders, HF/VHF/ACARS, etc. Military avionics experience preferred but not required.
