We are seeking experienced VIP Interior Technicians to support full aircraft refurbishment projects in a fast-paced MRO environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform inspections, testing, troubleshooting, repair, removal, and replacement of aircraft avionics and instrument systems in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications Diagnose and correct avionics discrepancies involving electrical systems, wiring, navigation systems, communication systems, and cockpit instrumentation Complete avionics modifications, upgrades, and installations while ensuring proper system functionality and compliance Perform 91.411 and 91.413 inspections and certifications as applicable Troubleshoot and support SATCOM systems and related communication equipment Work with avionics systems including Honeywell, Rockwell Collins, and Gogo platforms Read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation Complete accurate work orders, maintenance records, and removal/installation documentation in compliance with FAR Part 43 requirements Support preflight evaluations and occasional in-flight troubleshooting with flight crews as needed Maintain avionics test equipment, tools, and work areas to company standards Assist with training junior technicians and support overall team maintenance operations

Requirements

5-7 years of avionics experience in a Part 145 environment required Part 135 experience preferred Strong troubleshooting experience required — install-only backgrounds will not be considered Modification experience strongly preferred Experience performing 91.411 and 91.413 inspections preferred SATCOM troubleshooting and support experience preferred Experience working with Honeywell, Rockwell Collins, and Gogo avionics systems preferred Experience on business jets required Preferred Aircraft Experience: Challenger 300, Global Express, Gulfstream GIV, Gulfstream G450, Cessna Citation X, Cessna Citation 560XL FCC License preferred but not required Ability to obtain FAA Repairman Certificate required A&P License is a plus Must have own tools necessary for the job Strong knowledge of maintenance reference materials, wiring schematics, and technical manuals required Experience using CMP and CAMP maintenance tracking systems preferred Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills required Valid driver’s license with no major infractions required Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings and comply with airport/security requirements
