Perform quality aircraft maintenance and/or repairs within budgeted time in compliance with all applicable Code of Federal Regulations, Repair Station Procedures, customer requirements, and manufacturer's recommendations. Organize work plan in an efficient and resourceful manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform such typical maintenance operations such as the removal and replacement of aircraft and powerplant components that require bolting, torquing, adjusting rigging and safety wiring, including powerplant and flight control removal and reinstallation. Repair, modify, replace or overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems to ensure airworthiness . Complete all tasks to the quality standards of Company, FAA and our customers' approved maintenance manual. Perform work within estimated or budgeted hours Read and use Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated parts Catalog, Blueprints, ATA Codes, Service Bulletins, routine and non-routines and other related maintenance documents in order to troubleshoot and effectively complete work assignments. Ensures that Company and customer aircraft maintenance documents are accurate and properly annotated. Ensures documents are returned to the Technical Library and/or destroyed, as required, after jobs are complete. Use and operate safely all ground support equipment, (i.e., Main Lifts, Scissor Lifts, etc.) and possess Company operating certification. Promote a culture of safety my monitoring self and others to assure all duties are performed within the guidelines as specified by the Company Team Member Safety Manual. Responsible for the proper execution of parts tags attached to repairable, serviceable or condemned parts. Interface effectively with members of management, other departments and co-workers Keep own and adjacent work area clean Able to work any or all shifts

Requirements

7-9 years years of sheet metal experience on commercial aircraft Able to read schematics/blueprints of moderate complexity, engineering drawings and technical instructions. Have working knowledge of SRM (Repair Station Manual) references. Must have own tools. High School Diploma/GED. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs. Subject to continual loud noises. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for prolonged periods of time, climb steps, ladders and/or service stands. APA Services is seeking to hire an AOG Mechanics for a long term opportunity in Raleigh, North Carolina

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Will work 7 on and 7 off Must be able to pass client's insurance carrier to be allowed to drive the AOG trucks. no DUI, reckless driving charges, or excessive points Under minimal supervision perform a variety of air frame and powerplant service, modification and completion functions. Working on corporate aircraft doing Depot level maintenance, so must have a knowledge of the aircraft from nose to tail. Conduct operational checks on all aircraft systems such as landing gear, engine components, electrical components, control systems including APU operations. Will be performing scheduled/non scheduled maintenance and phase inspections. Candidate should have good solid corporate aircraft experience and an A&P License is required.

Requirements

5+ years’ AOG experience on at least ONE of the following aircraft...Bombardier Challenger 300/350/600, Bombardier Global 5000/5500/6000, Citation Latitude/Sovereign/XLS, Phenom 300, King Air 200/300/350, Legacy 4500/500, Praetor Tools and Truck will be provided Solid work history required (This is a long term assignment. Applicant’s with short stents of employment over the previous 2 years will not be considered) High School Diploma or GED
