Requirements

Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification is required. 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent experience. 2+ years of corporate or commercial jet experience. Must own a basic set of hand tools and demonstrate proper inventory and control. Proficiency in using measuring tools and test equipment for inspections. Ability to interpret and process regulatory documents, including FAA regulations, CAA, RSM/QCM, ADs, SBs, and TCDS. Knowledge of return-to-service procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.
