APA Services hires dedicated aviation recruiter to meet demand of specialized workforce! Indianapolis, IN – The national aviation and aerospace placement and recruiting firm APA Services has opened a new office in Indianapolis to meet a growing demand for a top-notch workforce. Devon Rayburn joins the agency as the aviation recruiter and on-site manager of the new office. In her new position, Rayburn is responsible for recruiting and retaining experienced and professional technical staff in the aerospace, aircraft and aeronautics industries nationwide to place in the greater Indianapolis area. She will also manage accounts and holds human resources responsabilities for client companies. Rayburn joins the firm from Fitzmark Inc., where she was the national talent acquisition strategy partner. She has worked in recruiting and talent management for more than a decade, including several years in human resources implementing best practices. She will report to APA Services Director and Principal Nicole Minter. APA Services continues to see an increase in jobs in the aviation industry which is why they hired Rayburn to run the local division. That percentage is only expected to grow in what the Indianapolis Chamber cited as the best business climate in the Midwest.
