Constant Cash is a referral program that allows individuals to make extra money simply by referring qualified candidates. APA is making a significant investment in technology and other aspects of the program in order to make this a program that requires little effort on your part, but gives you the potential for BIG monetary rewards. You can even submit your referrals right from your smart phone.
How It Works
First Level Referrals
Contractors directly referred by you.
You will get paid 35 cents for every hour worked by each of the contractors you refer…up to 40 hours per week for each contractor. These commissions will continue for as long as you work for APA…they never stop and there’s no limit to the number of contractors you can refer. If APA can place them on a contract, you’ll get paid for as long as they work for APA. Now, that’s a referral program worth sticking around for.
Second Level Referrals
Contractors referred by your First Level referrals.
But, APA didn’t stop with paying you just for the contractors you refer. We also want to pay you for any contractors they refer too. You will also get paid 15 cents for every hour worked by these “2nd Level” referrals…up to 40 hours per week for as long as they work for APA. Can you think of any other referral program that’s willing to do that? We didn’t think so.
Third-Fourth Level Referrals
Contractors referred by your Second and Third Level referrals.
Some may call us crazy, but we decided to really kick it up a notch and pay you even more money for your referral efforts. We’re gonna pay you 10 cents per billed hour for every one of the contractors that your “Second Level” referrals help put to work. And, to wrap it all into a nice package with a bow, we’re gonna pay you 5 cents per billed hour for every one of the contractors that your “Third Level” referrals. And, as always, that’s up to 40 hours per week for each contractor for as long as they work for APA. This program is untouchable!
