Top Performing Recruiter Returns to APA Services as Corporate Recruiting Manager
Fort Worth – APA Services is pleased to announce that Keely Johnson has returned to the agency in its Fort Worth, TX headquarters as its new corporate recruiting manager.
Johnson re-joined the firm in June 2017. She is managing a team of recruiters who place qualified technical and professional personnel in the Aerospace, Aircraft and Aeronautics industries nationally and worldwide. She direct-reports to Director and Principal Nicole Minter and collaborates with Minter on key projects.
“Keely has always set the bar for other recruiters by hiring experienced, qualified staff for the aviation industry. We are thrilled to have her back on the team helping our clients find the best and most qualified workforce,” added Minter.
Johnson last worked for APA Services in 2016 for two years as a senior recruiter and team leader. Then, she earned the title “Recruiter of the Month” six times and continually set the pace for recruitment by having the most hires in a week.
She joins the agency from American Express where she audited new businesses in Quality Assurance. Johnson has more than eight years of experience in managing, recruiting, B2B sales and customer service.
The aviation industry is growing in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, according to the Chamber of Commerce, making it a major center for industry, technology, distribution and transportation. APA Services has 500 immediate job openings nationwide and is searching for qualified candidates.
